We have very thin aluminum ones here ($4) that can take the punishment of the oven! Metal don't care :) Too bad about the anchovies-- I will say that no one can tell it has anchovies. My family doesn't eat fish, but the anchovies could easily be substituted with capers or olives. YUM! I'll let you know when I make it. Unfortunately, I don't have an oven proof pot that's big enough, so that will just have to go on the Christmas list.
